About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern the use of the website and digital resources provided by ADD SOLUTION S/A (“Add Solution”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, users acknowledge these conditions and agree to use the resources lawfully, responsibly and in a manner consistent with their purposes.

Features, products, services, campaigns, downloads, contracts or environments may have specific conditions that supplement these Terms. Use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable cookie preferences.

02

Who provides this website?

Add Solution is a technology company that provides this website to present its organization, capabilities, products, services, solutions, content and communication channels.

ADD SOLUTION S/A · CNPJ 13.272.636/0001-34 · Rua José Gomes Dias, 1234, Parque São Miguel, São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo, postal code 15057-508, Brazil · +55 17 3513-6767 · contato@addsolution.com.br.

03

Acceptance and use

Accessing public content constitutes acknowledgement of the rules applicable to browsing and using the available resources. Users who do not agree to these Terms must stop using the relevant resources.

Browsing the website does not, by itself, create a contractual supply, representation, partnership or exclusivity relationship, or any commercial obligation beyond those provided by applicable law.

04

What is this website for?

The website serves corporate, informational, technical and commercial purposes. It allows users to learn about Add Solution, explore solutions and technologies, access content and materials, make contact, request assessments or proposals, apply for opportunities and use other available resources.

Features may be added, changed or removed over time to meet technical, commercial, regulatory or strategic needs.

05

Technology must be assessed in context.

Information about products, services and solutions is provided for informational and commercial purposes. Availability, compatibility, architecture, sizing, scope, licensing, implementation, timelines, support and SLA may vary according to the environment and the relevant contract.

A feature described on the website must not automatically be interpreted as applicable to every scenario. Add Solution may conduct a specific technical and commercial assessment before contracting.

06

The website presents possibilities. The proposal defines the commitment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content, descriptions, solution pages and commercial materials do not constitute a binding commercial offer. Prices, discounts, timelines, scope, licensing, availability, deployment, SLA, support, responsibilities, warranties, taxes and payments will be defined in the applicable instrument.

The website presents our capabilities and solutions. The relevant commercial instrument defines the contract.
07

When a visit becomes a contract.

Submitting a form or request does not imply automatic acceptance of a contract. Proposals, orders, contracts, licenses, SLA, technical scope, support, payment terms and vendor policies may govern the specific relationship.

If online purchasing or a complete electronic contracting process becomes available in the future, the process and its specific conditions must be presented and accepted separately. These general Terms do not replace that documentation.

08

Technical knowledge requires context.

Articles, architectures, commands, examples, configurations, diagrams, tutorials and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not replace a specific assessment of the environment in which they will be applied.

Before performing procedures in production, users must assess suitability, impact and risk, taking into account versions, topologies, dependencies, security, backup, testing, change management and a rollback plan.

A correct command in the wrong environment can produce the wrong result.
09

Materials and downloads

White papers, ebooks, presentations, data sheets, studies, guides, reports, technical documents and other materials may be made available. Downloading them does not transfer their intellectual property rights.

Unless a specific license provides otherwise, use is permitted for personal, internal professional and informational purposes. Unauthorized sale or redistribution, improper removal of credits, fraud, or presenting the material as another party’s own work is prohibited.

10

Content is also an asset.

Texts, visual identity, layouts, diagrams, illustrations, technical materials, photographs, videos, studies, proprietary software, graphic elements and the Add Solution brand may be protected by intellectual property laws. Access to the website does not transfer these rights to the user.

The Add Solution name, visual identity and logos may not be used to imply a non-existent affiliation, certification or partnership, cause confusion, damage reputation or enable unauthorized commercial exploitation.

11

Third-party brands, technologies and licenses

Third-party products, vendors, platforms, software, brands and logos belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them may indicate compatibility, explain a solution or describe an architecture; it does not automatically signify an official partnership, authorized resale arrangement, certification, representation, endorsement or exclusivity.

Open-source software remains subject to its respective licenses. In the event of a conflict, the valid license applicable to the software will prevail over these Terms with respect to that component.

12

Technology open to discovery. Protected from abuse.

The website may be used for information, research, solution assessment, contact, relationship management, technical consultation, contracting, recruitment and reference, always in compliance with the law, these Terms and third-party rights.

What is not permitted.

The website must not be used for fraud, spam, phishing, malware, improper credential harvesting, unauthorized access, malicious exploitation, intentional disruption, denial of service, circumvention of controls, form manipulation, abusive automation, unauthorized mass collection, impersonation or infringement of rights.

This rule does not prevent security research conducted under a formal, expressly authorized program, if one exists.

14

Security and responsible disclosure

Users must not access areas, systems or information without authorization. The existence of a possible vulnerability does not constitute authorization to exploit it.

If you identify a possible vulnerability related to the website, report it responsibly to contato@addsolution.com.br. Do not access third-party data, exfiltrate or alter information, establish persistence, compromise accounts, impair availability, use social engineering or go beyond what is strictly necessary to identify the issue safely.

15

Information you choose to share with us.

When using forms, users must provide accurate information and be authorized to share third-party data. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys, credentials, unnecessary sensitive data, confidential infrastructure information or trade secrets without authorization.

Submitted content remains the property of its respective owner. Add Solution may use it to the extent necessary to respond, assess the opportunity, provide the requested service, conduct a recruitment process or meet legal obligations.

17

Indexing is different from mass appropriation of content.

Legitimate search engines may index public content in accordance with the available technical directives. This does not grant unrestricted authorization for automated collection, mass reproduction, resale, cloning, creation of competing services or development of commercial databases.

Unless permitted by law, a specific license or express consent, Add Solution’s protected content may not be systematically used to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models or create datasets. Rights provided by law, licenses, interoperability and authorized research remain unaffected.

18

A living website is always evolving.

The website may undergo maintenance, updates and changes, or experience temporary unavailability, third-party failures or events beyond Add Solution’s reasonable control. Availability of the corporate website does not constitute an SLA unless a specific instrument states otherwise.

Add Solution may change the layout and content, add or remove features, reorganize information, replace technologies and discontinue areas according to its needs.

19

Technology changes. Information evolves too.

Products, versions, licenses, features, recommendations and best practices continuously evolve. When a decision depends on compatibility, price, licensing, life cycle, support, vulnerabilities or vendor documentation, confirm the current information.

The results of a project, architecture or case study do not guarantee identical results in another environment. Warranties expressly assumed by contract remain unaffected.

20

Balanced responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Add Solution will not be liable for damages arising exclusively from use contrary to these Terms, improper application of technical content, third-party content or availability, or events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law, or contradicts obligations and warranties expressly assumed in a specific instrument.

21

Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data related to the website is governed by Add Solution’s Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are used in accordance with that policy and the available preferences; non-essential cookies requiring consent must respect the user’s recorded choice.

22

Technology crosses borders.

Add Solution is established in Brazil and operates this website in the context of its Brazilian activities. Access from another country does not mean that all products, services or terms are available in that jurisdiction.

23

These Terms may change.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website, new features, technological developments, legal requirements and governance improvements. The current version will remain available on this page, and material changes may be communicated through additional channels where appropriate.

Version 1.0 · Last updated: August 17, 2026.

24

Applicable law and resolution of issues

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory rules of other jurisdictions where applicable.

Add Solution encourages prior contact to seek an appropriate solution. Where legally permitted, the courts of the Judicial District of São José do Rio Preto, State of São Paulo, are elected, without restricting consumer rights or mandatory jurisdiction rules.
