ADD SOLUTION
CORPORATE NETWORKS

The network that connects your business must also be ready to support it.

Applications, users, cloud, data centers, voice, video, devices and services continually depend on network infrastructure.

When this foundation cannot meet the demands of a complex, business-critical operation, performance, availability, user experience, security and growth all suffer.

Add Solution designs, implements, modernizes and develops corporate networks around their architecture, availability, segmentation, performance and security requirements—and the services and operations that depend on connectivity.

Reliable connectivity is a result of architecture, not improvisation.

Add Solution treats topology, segmentation, capacity, redundancy and security as interconnected decisions shaped by operational requirements.

ESSENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE

When the network fails, the impact rarely stops there.

Network infrastructure enables application access, authentication, server-to-server communication, cloud services, telephony, video, devices and corporate systems.

Architecture issues can manifest as slow applications, unstable calls, unavailable systems, intermittent access, degraded cloud services, slow transfers or inconsistent Wi-Fi.

Users may not interact directly with the network. Yet it often makes everything else work.

The best network is the one that is no longer perceived as an obstacle to operations.
NETWORK ARCHITECTURE

Connecting is simple. Designing a network to scale, withstand failures and keep operating takes engineering.

Topology, criticality, redundancy, convergence, capacity, segmentation, protocols, alternative paths and dependencies need to be evaluated according to the environment.

Architectural decisions determine how the network will respond to growth, change, failure, congestion, maintenance, migration, or unavailability.

The design must account for both normal operation and expected behavior when conditions are no longer normal.

From architecture to operations.

01DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

Make structural decisions before configuration begins.

We design networks around technical and operational requirements, service criticality, expected growth and integration needs. Discovery, logical and physical designs, topology, addressing, segmentation, redundancy, capacity, documentation, and deployment and migration plans all inform a coherent architectural approach.

02SWITCHING

Local connectivity with architecture, control and predictability.

We design and implement switching considering LAN, VLAN, 802.1Q, link aggregation, LACP, Spanning Tree, redundancy, QoS, PoE and multicast when necessary. Protocols and mechanisms depend on the architecture, scale and technology chosen.

03ROUTING

Network paths must remain available as the environment changes.

Enterprise architectures may range from simple internal routing to distributed environments with multiple paths and policies. Static routing, OSPF, BGP, VRF, ECMP, redundancy and policy-based routing are evaluated according to scale, criticality and requirements.

SEGMENTATION

A corporate network should not operate as a single, undifferentiated communications environment.

Users, servers, devices, applications, visitors, voice and infrastructure have different needs and levels of trust. VLANs, VRFs, access policies, firewalls, NAC and microsegmentation can organize and control these relationships depending on the context.

RESILIENCE

Redundancy only adds value if an alternative path is available when a failure occurs.

Links, paths, protocols, power supplies, equipment, convergence and dependencies must be analyzed as a system.

Redundancy is having alternative components.Resilience means an environment continues to perform its function when something fails.
PERFORMANCE

More bandwidth does not always fix a slow network.

Congestion, latency, packet loss, errors, duplex settings, queues, QoS, paths, interfaces, broadcast traffic, applications and traffic patterns can all contribute to performance degradation.

Voice, video, transactional applications, replication, backups and data transfers compete for resources. QoS can prioritize traffic classes according to their importance and sensitivity, but it does not create capacity.

CONTINUITY

The architecture must account for failures before they occur.

Equipment fails, links go down, maintenance is necessary and change is part of operations. Availability depends on decisions made across architecture, deployment, monitoring, documentation and operations.

EVOLUTION

Not every network needs to be replaced. Any upgrade needs a clear purpose.

Modernization may involve technology replacement, network redesign, segmentation, capacity upgrades, redundancy, consolidation, migration, security, automation or observability—but only where change adds value.

CONTROLLED MIGRATION

Change the network without disrupting what depends on it.

Projects often take place while the organization remains operational. This requires understanding dependencies, sequencing activities, preparing a rollback plan, validating configurations and documenting the transition.

DIAGNOSIS

Addressing a symptom is not the same as understanding its cause.

Problems can be intermittent and span multiple layers. Investigating them requires analyzing topology, protocols, traffic, dependencies and behavior over time.

The goal is not simply to restore service, but to understand the cause well enough to reduce the risk of recurrence.

TECHNOLOGY AT THE SERVICE OF ARCHITECTURE

The network should determine the technology — not the other way around.

Different environments require different switching, routing, management, automation, availability and integration capabilities.

PERGUNTAS FREQUENTES

Important decisions about Corporate Networks

Clear answers to the technical and operational questions that commonly arise before a project.

01O que deve ser considerado em um projeto de rede corporativa?

The project must start from the services and operations that the network will support. Topology, capacity, segmentation, redundancy, protocols, security, growth, deployment, migration, observability, and documentation need to be evaluated as related parts.

02Quando uma rede corporativa precisa ser modernizada?

When capacity constraints, obsolescence, outages, management difficulties, insufficient segmentation or new requirements begin to limit operations. Modernization may involve redesigning parts of the environment rather than replacing it entirely.

03Qual a diferença entre redundância e alta disponibilidade?

Redundancy provides alternative components or paths. High availability depends on how the system as a whole detects failures, converges, preserves dependencies and continues to deliver the expected service.

04Como identificar problemas de performance na rede?

The investigation combines topology and configuration analysis with metrics for interfaces, latency, packet loss, errors, queues, network conversations, protocols and behavior over time. More bandwidth without a diagnosis may only postpone the problem.

05Como segmentação contribui para segurança?

Segmentation separates areas with different needs and trust levels. VLANs, VRFs, access policies, firewalls, NAC and microsegmentation provide greater control over which communications are permitted.

06A Add Solution pode avaliar uma rede já existente?

Yes. An assessment can map architecture, topology, capacity, segmentation, redundancy, obsolescence, performance, documentation and future requirements to help prioritize improvements.
