Add Solution was founded in February 2011 in São José do Rio Preto, after a one-off Linux administration request demonstrated the value of ongoing technology support.
A Linux server started the story.
01In 2010, a request for Linux server administration opened the door to the first projects. The one-off work evolved into a monthly contract combining high availability and monitoring. This shift—from responding only to individual tickets to taking responsibility for continuity—helped shape the company that would follow.
Add was founded in February 2011.
02Add Solution began operations in February 2011 in São José do Rio Preto. The company was founded to provide specialized services and closely support corporate environments. With the arrival of a new partner and the expansion of the team, knowledge was no longer concentrated in one place and began to bring together complementary experience.
The official partnership with Zabbix began in 2015.
03In 2015, Add Solution became an official Zabbix partner. This milestone reflects a capability that had been part of the company from the outset: understanding what systems reveal about operations and turning technical signals into useful information for decision-makers.
Technical exchange also happens beyond projects.
04In 2019, Add Solution was represented at the Zabbix Conference Latam. The record marks its public participation in a community dedicated to monitoring, availability, and the performance of technology environments.
The relationship also gained public documentation.
05In 2022, Zabbix presented Add Solution as a certified partner and Platinum sponsor of that year’s Zabbix Conference Brazil. The Platinum designation refers to sponsorship of that event. Add Solution is also listed in Zabbix’s current partner directory.

06In 2024, Huawei published an account of the project to modernize connectivity in BP’s administrative area. Add Solution was responsible for deploying and configuring the equipment in a solution featuring access and distribution infrastructure, Wi-Fi 6 access points, PoE+, and centralized cloud management.

07In 2026, Add Solution marks fifteen years since it began operations. During that time, infrastructure, connectivity, security, cloud, and observability have undergone profound changes. The journey continues through the projects and services in which the company applies engineering, integration, and ongoing technical support to corporate environments.
