We combine capabilities to build solutions.
Connectivity, compute, storage, protection, and visibility are distinct functions within the same environment. Add Solution selects and integrates technologies based on what the operation needs to support.

The need comes before the choice.
01A platform may work well in one scenario and fail to meet the needs of another. Capacity, integration, lifecycle, security, support, licensing, and team expertise all affect the decision. That is why we start with the environment and the expected outcome. Technology comes next, with a clear role in architecture, implementation, and operations.
A relationship that began in 2015 and is listed in the official directory.
02Add Solution has been an official Zabbix partner since 2015 and is currently listed in the vendor’s official directory. The relationship also has public records of conference participation and sponsorship in 2022 and 2023. The start date refers to the official partnership; program or event levels and classifications are presented only for the period and context that can be substantiated.
Documented experience from a connectivity project for BP’s administrative area.
03In 2024, Huawei reported on the connectivity upgrade in BP’s administrative area. Add Solution was responsible for implementing and configuring the equipment in a solution featuring access and distribution switches, Wi-Fi 6 access points, PoE+, and centralized cloud management. The project demonstrates Add Solution’s work integrating and implementing Huawei technologies in a real-world environment, with publicly identified responsibilities.
Each technology has a clear role.
04Add Solution works with technologies from Huawei, Zabbix, Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, SonicWall, Amazon Web Services, Progress, Aruba, and Cisco on networking, security, cloud, and observability projects. Working with a technology does not automatically mean that an official partnership exists. When a formal relationship is relevant to a project, we clearly state its scope and applicable period.
The tool must help interpret the operation.
05In a Zabbix engagement, for example, installing the platform is only part of the delivery. Business rules, important services, and conditions that require attention must be understood to turn technical data into useful indicators. The same principle applies to other technologies: product expertise supports diagnosis, capacity planning, integration, testing, and documentation; its application starts with the problem the customer needs to solve.
From inventory to dashboard, without losing information.
06One possible workflow begins with Lansweeper maintaining the asset inventory, continues with Zabbix monitoring availability and technical conditions, uses GLPI to record and handle tickets, and presents operational views in Grafana. Integration depends on scope, connectors, data quality, and clearly defined responsibilities. Each tool has a specific role; the benefit emerges when information moves consistently through the process.
Each party has a responsibility.
07Vendors develop products, maintain support lifecycles, and provide training and partnership programs. Add Solution evaluates, designs, implements, integrates, and supports technologies according to the agreed engagement. The customer provides objectives, priorities, operational context, and business criteria. When these responsibilities are clear, technical decisions gain context and the transition to operations becomes more consistent.
