ADD SOLUTION
About us

We take care of technology so you can take care of your business.

Since 2011, we have worked with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, observability, and services. We first understand what the operation needs, then combine the capabilities required to build and support the solution.

Our reason for being

The request is where the conversation begins.

A client may come to us asking for a firewall, a Wi-Fi network, or a monitoring platform. Before addressing the product, we need to understand what that technology must support, which dependencies already exist, and where a change could affect operations. Delivery does not end with installation: it must leave the environment understandable and give the client confidence to focus their energy on their own business.

Since 2011

Experience built close to real-world environments.

Add Solution has provided information technology services and consulting since 2011. Headquartered in São José do Rio Preto, it works alongside organizations that depend on infrastructure, connectivity, security, and information to sustain their processes. The headquarters was designed to support interaction and the well-being of those who work there—consistent with the belief that good delivery also depends on the environment in which people collaborate.

Integrated perspective

We combine capabilities to build solutions.

Infrastructure & Networking provide the foundation for connectivity and capacity. Cybersecurity protects identities, access, applications, and data flows. AI & Observability turn telemetry into context for investigation and decision-making. Services & Operations maintain knowledge, discipline, and continuity throughout the life cycle. Architecture becomes more consistent when these pillars are treated as parts of the same environment rather than as independent purchases.

  • Infrastructure & Networking — connectivity, data center, cloud, and core platforms.
  • Cybersecurity — protection for networks, identities, endpoints, applications, and data.
  • AI & Observability — monitoring, performance, logs, traces, assets, and operational context.
  • Services & Operations — implementation, support, ongoing operational support, projects, and continuous improvement.
How we work

From assessment to operations.

The scope defines how we participate. Implementation projects may include discovery, architecture, migration, configuration, integration, testing, and documentation. For day-to-day support, contracted service models may include a NOC, ITSM-supported service processes, and specialists for support or administration. Not every client contracts the entire cycle; responsibilities, hours, channels, and deliverables must be clear for each service model.

  • Assessment — inventory, requirements, constraints, risks, and priorities.
  • Design — architecture, sizing, integrations, continuity, and execution plan.
  • Implementation — configuration, migration, technical validation, and acceptance criteria.
  • Transition — documentation, knowledge transfer, support, monitoring, and evolution.
Technology choices

Needs come first. Technology follows.

Add Solution works with different technology ecosystems. Selection considers fit with the environment, technical requirements, integration, life cycle, supportability, and operations. This makes it possible to compare approaches without reducing the project to a brand. Vendor partnerships and expertise support delivery; engineering is responsible for connecting those capabilities to the client’s context and making limits, assumptions, and dependencies explicit.

Our approach to delivery

Trust requires clarity.

Being transparent means explaining what was found, what the contracted solution addresses, what remains a risk, and which decisions depend on each party. Add Solution tracks dependencies that could compromise delivery, explains its findings, and agrees with the client on the best way to address each point. This clarity helps organize the next steps, protects the outcome, and strengthens the relationship over time.

Our values in practice

Values reflected in our work.

Values only become meaningful when they guide behavior. At Add Solution, they mean understanding the client’s objective, communicating limitations clearly, applying knowledge with sound judgment, and tracking technology’s impact on operations.

  • Accountability for outcomes — considering the conditions and dependencies that influence delivery.
  • Honesty and transparency — explaining what we know, what needs to be verified, and the limits of each proposal.
  • Technical quality — understanding the environment and attending to the details that affect operations.
  • Commitment to the client — listening, aligning expectations, and taking the impact of our work seriously.
  • Evolving knowledge — developing skills and evaluating new tools through real-world application.
  • Relationships of trust — building bonds through consistency, respect, and service quality.
Our direction

Growing through the quality of what we deliver.

We want to expand our ability to address increasingly complex challenges while maintaining close client relationships, accountability, and technical depth. Our purpose is to take care of technology so clients can focus their energy on their own business.

Application

Each sector changes the priorities.

In healthcare, availability, data protection, and continuity of care influence every decision. In industry, connectivity, segmentation, and integration between IT and operational environments carry greater weight. Retail and services must coordinate distributed locations and the user experience. Energy, telecommunications, and mobility combine remote assets, scale, and criticality. Understanding these requirements guides the choice of solutions, technologies, and operational responsibilities.

Let’s discuss what your environment needs to support.

Share your current situation, perceived limitations, and expected outcome. The conversation can begin with an assessment, an architecture under evaluation, or an operation that needs to evolve.
